TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

**Each royal icing cookie comes separately snuggled in a heat sealed cellophane bag and tucked into a pretty gift box that has our company logo sticker on it. Please understand that since these cookies are all homemade and decorated by hand, no two cookies will be exactly the same. Gourmet cookies are not heat sealed.

Since these cookies are not made with any preservatives, they are best consumed within 1-2 weeks of receiving them; however, heat sealing is magic sauce when it comes to decorated royal icing cookies. A heat sealed cookie that's completely protected from air can last anywhere from 2-3 months! You can also freeze them in their sealed bags in an air tight container or zip lock bag for up to 3-4 months! 

**We take full payment through PayPal goods and services or Apple Pay. 

Once you order, we will send you an invoice from CBMD. The invoice will contain the details of your order. You will be able to follow the tracking as your delicious order makes its way to your doorstep. Please understand that we pack your cookies tightly so that there is no movement in the box. We cannot be held responsible for cookies that arrive broken.

**We ship USPS using priority shipping flat rate boxes. The prices are standard and will be added to your invoice via PayPal. Please understand that once your order leaves our hands at the post office, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping that have to do with USPS mail. 

If you prefer to have your cookies shipped in another way, please let us know and we will happily make the arrangements for that to happen! 

Another option when you order cookies is to pick them up or we can give them to you when we see you at an event we are attending. You can pay for them at that time.

ALLERGIES:

Our cookies are made in a NUT-FREE kitchen. They do contain wheat, eggs and butter.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

All of our cookies are made to order and perishable. Therefore, we do not accept returns or give refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We also do not give refunds for breakage.
